The problem
Business software became too complicated.
Many CRM and enterprise platforms were built around feature quantity rather than usability. The result is expensive implementation, long training periods and systems employees avoid using.
- 01
Too complex
Hundreds of screens for a handful of daily tasks. Teams keep a private spreadsheet next to the system because the system is slower than the spreadsheet.
- 02
Too expensive
Licences are only the beginning. Setup fees, consulting days and modules nobody opens make the real cost difficult to predict.
- 03
Too slow
Implementation projects run for quarters. By the time the system is live, the process it was configured for has already changed.
- 04
Too rigid
Companies are asked to adapt to the software. Fields, stages and approvals rarely match how the business actually operates.
Our approach
We remove the complexity.
SENQ starts from what a company actually needs: the records it works with, the steps its work moves through and the numbers it reports on. Everything else stays out of the way until it is required.
Simple interfaces
One clear layout, predictable navigation and familiar patterns. New team members find their way without a manual.
Modular systems
Start with contacts and a pipeline. Add tasks, analytics or inventory when the business is ready for them.
Flexible workflows
Fields, stages, views and permissions follow your process — not a template written for a different industry.
Fair pricing
Transparent, per-module pricing with a defined implementation scope. No mandatory consulting retainer.
The platform
One platform. The tools your business actually needs.
Every SENQ module shares the same data model, navigation and permission system. Adding a module extends the system you already know instead of introducing a second one.

Adoption
Designed to be understood in minutes.
Software adoption fails when systems are difficult to use. SENQ is designed around familiar patterns, clear interfaces and simple workflows so teams can start working without extensive training.
- 01
Minimal training
A short onboarding session is usually enough. Everyday actions are reachable in one or two clicks from any screen.
- 02
Clean interface
One primary action per view, consistent typography and no competing panels. Screens stay readable when data grows.
- 03
Consistent workflows
Creating, editing and assigning works identically for every record type, so knowledge transfers between modules.
Configuration
Your company does not work like everyone else.
A SENQ system is configured, not just installed. Fields, pipelines, modules, views, permissions and workflow rules are adapted to the way your teams already work — and can be changed later without a migration project.
Custom fields
Add the attributes your business records actually need.
Custom pipelines
Define stages per team, product line or region.
Permissions
Role-based visibility down to individual field level.
Custom dashboards
Each role opens the numbers relevant to their work.
Workflow rules
Readable if-then rules instead of scripting.
Company modules
Record types that exist only in your industry.
Pricing philosophy
Enterprise capability without enterprise pricing.
The licence is rarely the largest line in an enterprise software budget. Implementation effort, unused modules and dependency on external consultants usually are.
Traditional enterprise systems often require
- Expensive external consulting
- Large one-off setup fees
- Complex licence tiers
- Modules that are paid for but unused
- Implementation projects measured in quarters
SENQ focuses on
- Transparent pricing with a defined scope
- Modular packages you can start small with
- Lower implementation effort
- Paying only for relevant functionality
- A system your own team can maintain
Implementation
From first conversation to working system.
SENQ is delivered as software and as a service. A named contact stays with your account from the first call through to ongoing changes.
- 01
Understand
We learn how your company operates: records, responsibilities, stages and reporting.
Typically one or two workshops
- 02
Configure
We structure the system around your workflow — fields, pipelines, roles and views.
A working environment to review
- 03
Launch
We migrate relevant data, prepare your team and stay available during the first weeks.
Guided go-live
- 04
Improve
The system evolves as your company grows: new fields, new modules, new reports.
Continuous, without a re-implementation

Security
Built with business data in mind.
Customer data is the most sensitive asset in a CRM. SENQ systems are designed with European data protection requirements in mind and follow established engineering practice rather than marketing claims.
Secure architecture
Isolated environments per customer, encrypted transport and encryption at rest.
Role-based access
Permissions defined per role, per module and per field, with an audit trail of changes.
Data control
Your data remains yours. Full export at any time, defined deletion on contract end.
Reliable backups
Automated backups with documented restore procedures that are tested, not assumed.
Modern authentication
Two-factor authentication, session control and single sign-on where required.
Privacy-conscious design
Data minimisation by default and processing agreements prepared for EU requirements.
We describe our practices rather than claim certifications we do not hold. Where a formal audit is required for your procurement process, we will discuss it openly.
FAQ
Questions we are asked before a first demo.
SENQ Solutions is a European software company building modern CRM and business management systems. SENQ stands for Simple Enterprise Network Quality: enterprise-grade structure, delivered without enterprise complexity. Our first focus is simplified CRM and business management, and the platform is designed to grow into further modules over time.
Small and medium-sized companies, growing businesses, sales teams, consultancies, agencies and professional service firms — in particular organisations currently working across spreadsheets and fragmented tools, or using a CRM their team avoids. The platform is also suitable for larger organisations that want a clear system for a specific division.
Traditional systems tend to compete on feature quantity. SENQ starts from the records and steps a company actually uses, keeps the interface deliberately small, and adds capability as modules. Configuration is part of the delivery rather than a separate consulting project.
Yes. Fields, pipelines, stages, views, dashboards, permissions and workflow rules are configured per customer. Where a process needs something the standard modules do not cover, we build a company-specific module on the same platform.
Yes. Migrations from spreadsheets, exports from another CRM or a database are part of a normal implementation. We map your existing fields to the new structure, run a test import for review, then complete the migration before go-live.
A standard configuration is usually productive within a few weeks: workshops, configuration, migration and onboarding. Custom modules or several integrations extend that timeline, and we scope it explicitly before starting rather than estimating it away.
Yes. A small team can start with contacts, companies and one pipeline, and still work in a properly structured system. Nothing about the smaller setup has to be replaced later — additional modules are activated on the same environment.
That is the intent of the modular design. Additional users, teams, pipelines, modules and reporting are added to the existing system. Structure and permissions become more detailed as the organisation does.
Yes. Custom modules, internal portals, data management systems and API integrations are a core part of what we do. They are scoped and quoted separately, and they share the platform, the design language and the permission model.
Pricing is based on the modules you activate and the number of users, with a defined one-off scope for configuration and migration. Custom development is quoted separately. We share concrete figures once we understand which modules are relevant, so you are not comparing an estimate against an unrelated package.
Your business software should make work easier.
