01Scope

This policy describes how SENQ Solutions processes personal data on this website and within the SENQ platform. Where we act as a processor on behalf of a customer, the customer’s own data protection notice and our data processing agreement take precedence for the data held in their environment.

02Data we collect on this website

This website is intentionally minimal. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies and embeds no third-party analytics or social media scripts.

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the requesting IP address in order to deliver the font files. If you prefer to avoid this, fonts can be self-hosted on request and we will do so for customer-facing deployments.

• Contact form: the details you enter (name, business email, company, company size, area of interest and message)
• Server logs: IP address, request time, requested resource and user agent, retained for a short period for security and diagnostics
• No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no profiling

03Purpose and legal basis

Contact form submissions are processed in order to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is the performance of, or steps preparatory to, a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable service.

04Retention

Inquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter only where a statutory retention obligation applies. Server logs are retained for a short, defined period.

05Processors

We use a small number of service providers to operate this website and the platform, including hosting, form handling and email. Each is engaged under a data processing agreement and, where applicable, an appropriate transfer mechanism. A current list is available on request.

06Your rights

Subject to the applicable data protection law, you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

07Data within the SENQ platform

Customer environments are logically separated, encrypted in transit and at rest, and hosted within the European Union. Access is governed by the customer’s own role and permission configuration. Customers can export their data in open formats at any time, and deletion on contract end follows the procedure set out in the agreement.
