Pricing
Transparent by module, quoted before you commit.
Pricing depends on the modules you activate, the number of users and the configuration scope. We share concrete figures once we know which of these apply, so you can compare a real number instead of a range.

Principles
What our pricing does not do.
No mandatory consulting retainer
Configuration is part of implementation. You are not required to buy consulting days to keep the system running.
No paying for unused modules
Modules are activated individually. If a module is not in use, it is not in the invoice.
No surprise implementation invoice
The one-off configuration and migration scope is agreed in writing before work starts.
No penalty for growing
Additional users and modules are added at the published rate, not renegotiated at renewal.
Pricing philosophy
Enterprise capability without enterprise pricing.
The licence is rarely the largest line in an enterprise software budget. Implementation effort, unused modules and dependency on external consultants usually are.
Traditional enterprise systems often require
- Expensive external consulting
- Large one-off setup fees
- Complex licence tiers
- Modules that are paid for but unused
- Implementation projects measured in quarters
SENQ focuses on
- Transparent pricing with a defined scope
- Modular packages you can start small with
- Lower implementation effort
- Paying only for relevant functionality
- A system your own team can maintain
Pricing FAQ
What people ask about cost.
Because the honest number depends on modules, users and configuration scope. Publishing a single figure would either overstate the cost of a small setup or understate a custom one. We quote in writing after a short conversation, usually within a few working days.
A one-off fee covering workshops, configuration, data migration and onboarding. It is scoped and agreed before work begins, and it is proportional to the number of modules and the complexity of the data being migrated.
Annual agreements are standard, and we will discuss shorter terms for smaller setups. Terms, notice periods and data export on exit are stated in the contract rather than left to interpretation.
Yes — that is the intended path. Starter to Business is an activation on the same environment, not a migration, and custom modules can be added to either.
